Ingredients

  • 1 oz half-and-half or heavy cream

Instructions

  1. If desired, crush graham crackers on a saucer and use them to rim a chilled martini glass.
  2. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  3. Add the marshmallow vodka, toasted marshmallow syrup, and half-and-half or heavy cream.
  4. Shake vigorously for about 10-15 seconds until well-chilled.
  5. Strain your mixture into a chilled martini glass.
  6. Garnish with toasted marshmallows on a skewer.

Notes

If you don't have a roaring campfire, you can toast your marshmallows with a butane torch, in the oven, or in the microwave. Watch them carefully so you can get them out before they melt or get too toasty.
