Sister Starseeker

There’s something a little bit giddy and joyful about the Sister Starseeker cocktail, just like you’d expect from the hippy-ish name. It’s a fun blend of rum and fruity flavors with tonic water.

This is an easygoing drink that’s great for sitting back and relaxing. It’s also good in hot weather, because the ice and the tonic water keep it nice and cool.

Recipe

  • 2 ounces light rum
  • 1 ounce lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon grenadine
  • 4 ounces tonic water (or make your own with this tonic making kit)
  • Lemon wheel

Fill a highball glass most of the way with ice cubes. Pour all the ingredients in and stir well. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
