Russian Sunset

The Russian Sunset cocktail is tart and refreshing, but definitely fruity and sweet. It features four ounces of sour mix and four ounces of alcohol altogether.

This is a fairly potent cocktail, which makes it nice alongside a hearty meal. It’s also nice as an after-dinner drink.

Recipe

2 ounces vodka
2 ounces triple sec
4 ounces sour mix
Dash of Grenadine

Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Pour in the vodka, triple sec and sour mix, and shake until chilled. Strain the mixture into a chilled glass. Splash the grenadine over the top. Garnish with a cherry.
