The Riley cocktail features light rum with the flavors of orange, lemon, lime and a touch of berry. The dominant flavor is citrus, but the berry takes the tart edge off.

Ingredients

• 1 ounce light rum
• 1/2 ounce Cointreau
• 1/2 ounce lemon juice
• 1/2 ounce orange juice
• 1/2 ounce lime juice
• Dash of creme de cassis
• Dash of raspberry syrup

Instructions

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with crushed ice.
2. Pour in everything but the raspberry syrup and shake well.
3. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
4. Add the dash of raspberry syrup.
5. Squeeze a lime wedge into the drink and drop the lime down in.
