Ricky Martini

The Ricky Martini… I’m not even going to touch where it got its name. I think we all know, and you can do your own speculating on the why.

This drink is spicy and sweet, with just a hint of tartness. It’s a nice way to perk up your taste buds right before dinner, and it also goes great with meals.

Recipe

• 1 ounce Absolut Peppar
• 1 ounce Absolut Mandrin
• Splash of Cointreau
• Splash of cranberry juice
• Dash of Rose’s Sweetened Lime Juice

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and pour in all ingredients. Shake until frothy and pour into a cocktail glass. Garnish with an olive.
