With a couple of fruity brandies and some gin and lemon juice, the initial taste of this one is tart citrus, but it quickly mellows out to sweetness. It’s a nice little drink for the end of a long day – a little bit refreshing without waking you all the way up.

  • 1/2 ounce apple brandy
  • 1/2 ounce apricot brandy
  • 1 ounce gin
  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, pour in all the ingredients and shake until chilled. Strain the mixture into a cocktail glass.
