Montreal Club Bouncer drink over icePin

If you can’t stand the flavor of black licorice (like me, unfortunately), you probably won’t like this drink. But if you like it, it’s a really intriguing little drink. The licorice note isn’t overwhelming. This is definitely a drink that will benefit from a better quality gin, so I recommend at least something on the level of Sapphire.

Recipe

  • 1 1/2 ounces gin
  • 1/2 ounce Anis

Fill an old-fashioned glass with ice cubes. Pour in both ingredients and stir.
