It tastes like a chocolate mint candy. Not a peppermint patty – this is the less bracing sort of mint, like you find in Andes candies. So many sweet cocktails are either fruity or from the Baileys-Kahlua-Amaretto triumvirate. Lucy’s Cocktail makes a fun change from that.

Recipe

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and pour in the ingredients. Shake thoroughly and strain the mixture into an old-fashioned glass.
