The Kiss on the Lips drink recipe is based on a drink served on Carnival Cruise Lines. It’s pure, simple deliciousness, mixing the flavors of peach, mango and berry.
This drink is a “can’t go wrong” sweet, fruity cocktail which is great to serve at parties. It’s great as a dessert drink or to keep you going during a night of dancing.
Because this one is a standard amount of alcohol within a bigger-than-usual volume of mixers, this drink keeps you more hydrated and doesn’t get you tipsy as quickly as some.
But the liquor in this one is schnapps, which is about 46 proof compared to, say, vodka being around 80 proof. So the Kiss on the Lips is a little on the lightweight side.
That makes it great to serve at parties where people have varying tolerances and you don’t want any guests getting completely hammered. It’s also nice because all but the lightest drinkers can enjoy more than one.
Of course, there’s no need to wait for a party to serve this one. It’s great for a hot day on your own by the pool.
The taste of this one is mellow and fruity, no tang, just an easy-going blended drink. And if you want to make a non-alcoholic version of it, just swap out the peach schnapps for peach nectar.
The frozen mango chunks the recipe calls for are usually pretty easy to find at grocery stores, and there’s a link to it on Amazon if you need it. But if you can’t get them, there’s always mango mix.
You can blend a big batch of this one and put it into pitchers in the refrigerator. That makes serving it at parties incredibly easy – pour, top off as needed. You can even invite guests to serve themselves.
If you enjoyed this one, check out the Piñarita, which features frozen mango chunks with coconut cream, tequila and more.
And then you also have the Mango Key Lime Margarita, which features fresh mango along with lime juice, orange juice and everything else you expect in a margarita.
The Kiss on the Lips drink is a delicious mango, peach and berry taste sensation, blended with ice to keep it cool.
