Italian Ice

The Italian Ice is a very fruity little number, featuring a blend of orange, raspberry and lemon-lime. It has enough flavor to be served over ice, which makes it perfect for hot afternoons.

This drink is a little like a grown-up Hawaiian shaved ice – the rainbow colored ones, where you could never quite isolate just one flavor in all those colorful syrups.

Recipe

• 1 ounce vodka
• 1 ounce blue curacao
• 1 ounce Chambord
• 1 ounce sour mix
• 2 ounces 7-Up

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, pour in the ingredients and shake well. Fill an old-fashioned glass with crushed ice. Strain the mixture into it.
