Island Donkey

Pinterest Hidden Image

The Island Donkey cocktail is a blend of chocolate and coconut flavors with a touch of cinnamon. I don’t know about you, but the mere thought of those flavors together starts me drooling. Cinnamon brings out something wonderful in chocolate, and coconut is just fabulous blended with, oh, anything.

Recipe

  • 1 ounce Godiva chocolate liqueur
  • 1 ounce coconut rum
  • 1 splash Goldschlager cinnamon schnapps

Pour the Godiva and coconut rum into your glass. Drizzle Goldschlager over the top. It’s ideal served as a shot, but you can serve it over ice in a glass if you want to savor it longer. You can also garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
