Honey Lemoncino

The Honey Lemoncino tastes, not surprisingly, like honey and lemon. The flavors are delicately balanced and on the subtle side.

This is a drink you can serve warm or cold. Warm is great anytime you want to feel warm and cozy, but it’s actually also soothing for sore throats because there’s real honey and lemon in this one. Served cold, it’s refreshing and light, and perfect year round.

  • 2 parts
  • 1 part Punzoné Vodka
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Lemon zest

Warm: add the liquors, honey and lemon zest into a saucepan on low heat, stirring the honey until it dissolves. Pour into a glass or mug and garnish with more lemon zest or a lemon wheel.

Cold: fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add all ingredients. Shake until chilled, and strain into a rocks glass over ice. Garnish the same as the warm version.
