Godiva Polar Bear

The Godiva Polar Bear tastes a little like a Peppermint Patti, or maybe more like a Girl Scout Thin Mint cookie. It blends the flavors of chocolate and mint in equal parts.

This is, of course, a very sweet drink. It can totally pass for a dessert. But it’s so easy to make just the amount you want, however much or little that is. So if you just want a taste of that, you make a little shot. On the other hand, if you want to drown in alcohol-fueled candy flavors, you can make a jug.

Recipe

• 1 part Godiva liqueur
• 1 part peppermint schnapps

Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour equal parts of the ingredients into it. Stir it around to make it ice cold, and serve.
