The Gloriana cocktail is apricot brandy based, with gin and lemon juice to cut some of the sweetness. The overall flavor is sweetened citrus.

If you like the flavor of apricot brandy but find it too sweet, this drink may be ideal for you. It’s a nice choice for after dinner – stiff enough to relax you even with food in your belly, but with that sweet note to finish your meal on.


  • 2 ounces apricot brandy
  • 1 ounce gin
  • 1 ounce lemon juice

Fill a shaker with ice and add the ingredients. Shake until chilled, and strain into a martini glass.
