The Frozen Girl Scout cocktail recipe calls for green creme de menthe, but I’m not sure why. The color just got lost in the brown of the ice cream.
Maybe their idea of “scoops” is more modest than mine? Whatever! You can’t go wrong with this one, even if you don’t get the ratios just right. It tastes like a Thin Mint cookie, which makes it a perfect ice cream treat for the grown-ups in the house.
Recipe
- 1 1/2 ounces green creme de menthe
- 3 scoops chocolate ice-cream
- Milk
Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend on low. Add milk to get the milkshake consistency.
