I’m not sure why this one’s called the Evil Tea cocktail. There’s nothing evil about it. It’s very sweet iced tea spiked with spiced rum.

Then again, maybe it’s addictive and that’s why someone named it “evil.” It is very tasty, all tannins and spice with lots of sweetness. But between you and me, I won’t tell anyone if you choose not to use particularly sweet tea. It’s great that way too!

Recipe

  • 2 ounces spiced rum
  • 10 ounces very sweet iced tea

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the ingredients and shake well. Put some ice in the glass of your choice and strain the mixture into it.
