Electric Banana

The Electric Banana cocktail combines the flavors of banana, pineapple and almond with a hint of peach from the Southern Comfort. It’s an interesting combination that’s definitely on the sweet side.

Try an Electric Banana the next time you’re in the mood for something that’s fruity, but not your typical tropical or citrus-based fruity cocktail. The flavor on this one is rather unique.

Recipe

• 1 ounce amaretto
• 1 ounce  Southern Comfort
• 1 ounce  banana liqueur
• 5 ounce  pineapple juice

Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Pour ingredients in and shake vigorously. Strain the mixture into a cocktail glass.
