Cuddles on the Beach is a mocktail version of Sex on the Beach, with several suggestions for tweaks. The basic idea for a no-alcohol Sex on the Beach is to remove the vodka and then replace the peach schnapps with peach nectar. Easy-peasy, and it tastes very much like the original.
But there’s so much more you can do with this recipe, so I’ve included a few versions to get you started. Don’t be afraid to mess around with these and change them up. There are so many ways you can go with this drink. When you’re dealing with flavors as bold and tasty as cranberry and peach, it’s hard to go wrong.
This drink is great alongside a meal that’s savory and not too spicy. Chicken tenders with a ranch or blue cheese dipping sauce, for instance. Or a simple grilled whitefish or chicken. And it’s absolutely the bomb with french fries of any description – plain fries, seasoned fries, fries with garlic and parmesan.
This is a great mocktail for entertaining, because it’s just so pretty and really does look like a cocktail. That makes it a very fun option for guests who aren’t drinking for whatever reason.

Cuddles on the Beach Recipe #2
The sparkling version – adds 7-Up for sweet citrus taste, or tonic or mineral water if you like a little bitterness with your fruit juice.
- 2 ounces cranberry juice
- 2 ounces grapefruit juice
- 2 ounces peach nectar
- 2 ounces 7-Up (or tonic/mineral water)
Cuddles on the Beach Recipe #3
This one tastes the least like the original, adding ginger ale and a touch of grenadine to the mix, but ginger and peach is a fantastic combination.
