The Caramel Candy cocktail centers on Salted Caramel Vodka, and blends it with cream, vanilla and a little cognac for added mystique. It’s very sweet and delicious, thanks to the vanilla liqueur and the sugar on the rim.
At first, it hits you with the cognac, but you finish on the burnt vanilla flavor, and that’s what lingers.
This makes a very nice dessert drink. You can use a caramel-flavored vodka and it’ll still taste good, but this recipe was designed to use the Salted Caramel Vodka infusion which is actually made from – you guessed it – caramel candies.
Caramel Candy Drink Recipe
- 1/2 ounce cognac
- 3/4 ounce vanilla liqueur
- 3/4 ounce Salted Caramel Vodka
- 1/2 ounce half-n-half
- Sugar (for the rim of the glass)
Rim a cocktail glass with sugar. Shake the ingredients together with ice. Strain them into the glass.
