The Buttered Toffee drink recipe is creamy, sweet and delicious. It features Irish cream, coffee liqueur and amaretto. But it’s the creamer that makes this one special, adding coolness and texture to it.
The Half-n-Half this recipe refers to is not one of the lagers known by that name in some parts of the world. It’s talking about the US product, which is half milk and half cream. If you live outside the US, or even in certain regions of the US, you may not be able to find it. The simplest way to mimic it for this drink is by using 1 1/2 ounces of milk and 1 1/2 ounces of regular cream.
The taste of this drink is rich and sweet, kind of like an amaretto coffee. It’s actually a little bit filling, which makes it a great dessert drink. It can also be a nice nightcap. If you like the Toasted Almond, this is one you should definitely give a try.
