Bulldozer drink

The Bulldozer is so named because it goes through your brain like a bulldozer. It’s some strong stuff – malt liquor spiked with high proof rum.

The taste of this drink is nothing to write home about. It’s mainly the malt liquor, with the rum not adding any deliciousness. This one’s all about the kick, and is best enjoyed either at home or in a place where catching a cab is easy and convenient.

Recipe

• 16 ounces Schlitz malt liquor
• 2 ounces 151 proof rum

Chill a 20-ounce mug. Pour in the pint of Schlitz and either drop a shot glass of the rum into it, or just add the rum.
