Vodka and Apple Juice

Vodka is most famously paired with juices like orange or cranberry, but the lesser known combination of vodka with apple juice is also delicious. It’s very simple – just those two ingredients are all you need.

The Vodka and Apple Juice cocktail is great paired with salad or a fruit plate, or a fish dish with a fruity salsa. It’s also nice as an aperitif to get your appetite going before dinner, or as a little something sweet after dinner.

Vodka and Apple Juice

• 2 ounces vodka
• Apple juice

Fill a highball glass with ice cubes. Pour the vodka into it. Top off the rest of the way (or to taste) with apple juice, and stir.
