We named this cocktail Sax on the Beach because the taste is a little reminiscent of a Sex on the Beach, but a little brighter and less sweet. It’s a tasty mild citrus number that’s dead simple to make.
It uses equal parts Cascal Bright Citrus soda and the orange liqueur of your choice (we love Citronge). The trick with this one is to chill the ingredients before you pour the drinks, so stick your sodas in the fridge, and twenty minutes in the freezer will chill your orange liqueur. This is one seriously delicious drink that goes down smooth – even for novice drinkers.

- 1 part Cascal Bright Citrus fermented soda
- 1 part Patron Citronge orange liqueur
Chill both ingredients beforehand. Pour them into a martini glass and stir.
