Mix That Drink Kitschy Drink Recipes
It’s hard to go wrong with Malibu coconut rum, unless you hate the flavor of coconut. The Roswell cocktail makes wonderful use of it, blending three ounces of the stuff with orange juice, cranberry juice and just a little bit of pineapple.
Despite the strong alcohol content, the Roswell also has a lot of fruit juice in it, so it’s nice for sipping along at times when you might have chosen a Tequila Sunrise or Vodka Sunrise.
Roswell
- 3 ounces Malibu coconut rum
- 3 ounces orange juice
- 3 ounces cranberry juice
- 1 splash pineapple juice
Put ice in a highball glass. Pour in your rum, orange juice and cranberry juice. Finish with the splash of pineapple juice, and serve with a straw for stirring.
