Mix That Drink Kitschy Drink Recipes
The Romance cocktail is all about coffee, chocolate and cream flavors. It’s sinfully rich and sweet. Anytime you see Kahlua and Bailey’s in a recipe, the image that springs to mind is of the just-old-enough-to-drink set in a club giggling over drinks designed to comfortably resemble the beverages of childhood.
And yeah, there’s no denying this is that kind of drink. But it also has an appeal to grown-ups who love coffee and chocolate and don’t mind occasionally having a drink as dessert.

- 3/4 ounce Kahlua
- 3/4 ounce Bailey’s
- 3/4 ounce brown creme de cacao
- 1 ounce heavy cream
