The Gemini cocktail has a complex flavor, thanks to the black licorice flavor of the Galliano blended with the orange of Grand Marnier, plus a touch of cognac and lemonade.
This is a wonderful cocktail for sipping along by itself. It does pair well with a lot of meals or snacks, but it’s such an interesting flavor on its own – it’s almost a pity to mix it with other flavors.
Gemini
- 3/4 ounce Galliano
- 3/4 ounce Grand Marnier
- 1/2 ounce cognac
- 1 ounce lemonade
Fill an old-fashioned glass three-fourths of the way with cracked ice. Pour in the ingredients, and garnish with a lime wheel.
