Butterscotch Mudslide Shake

The Butterscotch Mudslide Shake sounds like one of those sweet drinks for lightweights, but no. It’s 6 ounces of alcohol, and even though they’re liqueurs and therefore not particularly high proof, this one still sneaks up on you.

This drink is very sweet and rich, so obviously it’s a nice dessert substitute. Think of it as something like a B-52 crossed with an ice cream treat. And if you can’t be bothered to get out the blender, this same recipe works just great served on the rocks.

Butterscotch Mudslide Shake

• 2 ounce Kahlua
• 2 ounces Bailey’s
• 2 ounces butterscotch schnapps

Pour all ingredients into a blender, along with two cups of ice cubes. Blend on high until it reaches a milkshake consistency.
