The Half-n-Half this recipe refers to is not one of the lagers known by that name in some parts of the world. It’s talking about the US product, which is half milk and half cream. The simplest way to mimic it is by using 1.5 ounces of milk and 1.5 ounces of regular cream.
- 1 ounce Kahlua
- 1 ounce Bailey’s
- 1 ounce amaretto
- 3 ounce Half-n-Half
Fill a highball glass halfway with ice cubes. Pour your liquor ingredients in and stir. Add the half-and-half, and stir again thoroughly.
