The Bellini Martini is a delicious vodka and peach concoction that’s sweet, mellow and strong. It uses three ounces of vodka with another one and a half ounces of peach schnapps, so this is not for the light drinker.
And yet, it tastes like it is. The peach nectar makes it so smooth, you can even rock this drink with a lower shelf vodka and still enjoy it.
Bellini Martini
- 3 ounces vodka
- 1 1/2 ounces peach nectar
- 1 1/2 ounces peach schnapps
- Lemon peel
Put about eight ice cubes into a cocktail shaker. Add the vodka, schnapps and peach nectar. Shake until chilled, and strain the mixture into a glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
